Continuum (WIP)
These works are a response to a prompt to create multi-panel pieces addressing the theme "CONTINUUM".
I enjoyed considering all manor of characteristics that could exist on a continuum in these paintings including value (dark to light), color (muted to strong), scale (micro to macro), space (shallow to deep) as well as continuums of concept and identity. Given that I have never seen the wisdom of defining oneself or
especially my imagery too narrowly, these works felt expansive and fluid in their making.
